Helpful staff and a wide breakfast selection were the best aspects of the stay. the staff was always willing to help with directions and recommendations for things to do in the area. the breakfast had a lot of variety, and it was a good way to start the day. the hotel was located within walking distance of popular malls and supermarkets, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The room had a musty smell, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking area, and the towels had rust stains on them. These issues made it challenging to relax and enjoy the room fully.

Although the bathroom was small, it had a proper shower with good water pressure and basic amenities provided. We also enjoyed the breakfast with lots of choices available. The hotel also offered laundry service and had a helpful housekeeper.

The towels provided in the room were not of the best quality and had some rust stains on them.

During my recent stay at Neo Hotel Puri Indah, I was impressed by the convenient location on Jalan Kembangan Raya. It was easy to find and had good access to nearby shopping malls. The room itself was spacious and modern, with nice furnishings. The big windows provided ample natural light. The bathroom was excellent, and the amenities were sufficient. The TV channels were great, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I also appreciated the water dispenser available in the corridor. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and overall, I found the hotel to be good value for money.

One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing on the window facing the main street. On a Saturday night, I could hear loud noises from the street even though I was on a higher floor.
